Governor Cooper announced Executive Order 215 Easing Statewide Restrictions.  Executive Order 215 will take effect this Friday, May 14, 2021 at 5:00 pm and remain in effect through June 11, 2021 at 5:00 pm.

Here are some of the key points:

• Under the new Executive Order, there will be lifting of all mandatory capacity & gathering limits & social distancing requirements, and most mandatory mask requirements. In most settings indoors or outdoors the state will no longer require you to wear a mask or be socially distant.
