Fletcher Connects: A Comprehensive Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan

The Fletcher Town Council recently approved “Fletcher Connects: A Comprehensive Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan.” The plan establishes a number of concepts and goals for possible bike and pedestrian connections throughout the Town. While no specific timetable exists for implementation of the plan, this document is important as it will better position the Town to seek grants and other funding as opportunities arise. It will also be a helpful tool as the Town considers future capital improvement spending in future budget cycles.
