Rain Barrel Workshop
May 14, 2022 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am
HELP CONSERVE OUR WATER RESOURCES!
Did you know that rain barrels are a great way to conserve water for your garden? They also cut down on your monthly water expenses, and reduce the amount of stormwater runoff that goes into the French Broad River. When you install a rain barrel, you’re conserving valuable water resources and supporting RiverLink’s mission to promote the ecological vitality of the French Broad River.
RiverLink is partnering with Land of Sky Regional Council to offer this rain barrel workshop for Fletcher residents. Register today to receive a 55 gallon barrel, rain barrel kit, and installation instructions for $25. Registration closes May 6th, or when supplies run out! The workshop will take place at Bill Moore Community Park on Saturday, May 14 from 10 am- 11 am.
