Town of Fletcher’s Annual Halloween Carnival will be held on Saturday, October 29 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. This year’s event will be held at Fletcher Community Park located at 85 Howard Gap Rd. in Fletcher.

This FREE community event will feature carnival style games with a Halloween twist, a costume contest, inflatable moon walk, slide and obstacle course and lots of other family friendly Halloween fun!

NO PETS PERMITTED AT THIS EVENT WITH THE EXCEPTION OF TRAINED SERVICE ANIMALS!

Inflatables  

Children will enjoy the inflatable obstacle course, slide and 5-in-1 bounce/slide combo.  There is no charge to enjoy these activities.

Costume Contest

Our annual contest for children 11 and under will begin promptly at 4 p.m. Awards will be given to the Best Traditional Costume, the Best Homemade Costume and the Most Creative Costume in each age category. Age categories are 4 and under, 5-7 and 8-11. New this years event we will have a family category. In this category, families can dress with a common theme and compete as a team. One overall “Best Family Costume” will be awarded. All participants should register at the Parks and Recreation tent no later than 3:45pm.

  Carnival Games

Field 5 will be littered with carnival style games with a Halloween twist. There is no cost to participate. Prizes include candy and Halloween toys.

Hay Rides

Enjoy a hayride around beautiful Fletcher Community Park.  Fun for all ages! Children must ride with an adult!
