Town of Fletcher, North Carolina

Office of the Chief of Police

Message from the Chief

I am grateful for the opportunity to represent the Fletcher Police Department and to be a part of this organization; to be a part of the Fletcher community, to call the mountains of North Carolina home, and for the support that our community demonstrates towards their public servants.

As an agency we can never take that support for granted, but must honor the trust that has been endowed upon us by the citizens of the Town of Fletcher. We honor that trust and support by dedicating ourselves to the goal of increasing public safety and enhancing the quality of life for those that live, work, and visit the Town of Fletcher. We accomplish this by providing professional police services and working together for the betterment of the community.

I have been blessed throughout a long career to work with some exemplary police officers who continuously sacrifice themselves for their communities, and the officers that make up the Fletcher Police Department are no exception. They wear the Fletcher uniform with pride. They aren’t perfect people, but they are a committed people. And that commitment is to serve the Town of Fletcher. As we look forward to the future and the challenges it brings, we ask for your continued support.

On behalf of the members of the Fletcher Police Department, I welcome you to our website. I hope you find the information and resources helpful. I would encourage you to follow us on our Facebook page by clicking on the link or by searching the Fletcher Police Department, to stay current on the happenings surrounding the agency. I also welcome your ideas and feedback as it pertains to our service to our community. I can be reached at 828-687-7922.
