The Zoning Board of Adjustment is appointed by the Town Council to address zoning issues. It is responsible for hearing zoning appeals, variances, and Special Use Permits. The ZBA interprets the Town’s Zoning Ordinance and makes quasi-judicial decisions concerning zoning. The zoning administrator is responsible for the ZBA and attends all meetings.
Meetings are held the third Monday of each month at 6:00 pm at Town Hall, if there is a need for an item to be addressed.
