Vision Statement

It is the vision and goal of the Fletcher Police Department to continue to grow and adapt to our ever changing community, and to provide the highest level of service and protection to our citizens. With these goals in mind, they will be achieved and surpassed as long as our officers and employees are provided with the knowledge, tools, and opportunities to meet and exceed all present and future needs of Fletcher within the scope of police services. We will work in cooperation with our community to proactively address identified areas of needed improvement, and to continually provide the level of service and safety so deserved by our City and it's Citizens.
