Housing Links

The Town of Fletcher is a member of the Asheville Regional Housing Consortium, which is managed by the City of Asheville.  The Consortium consists of Buncombe, Henderson, Madison, and Transylvania Counties in addition to certain local governments within these counties.  The purpose of the Consortium is to improve the quality and increase the supply of affordable housing for low- and very low-income people in the region.
